Pricing - Pricing across this site for all products (originals, prints, commissions, etc.) are subject to change due to various factors including, but not limited to, adjustments in product(s) used, research, demand, and so forth. We will always adhere to the pricing that has been provided via our website, invoices, or custom prices provided via email. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Product Liability - Deej Marie LLC is not liable for quality issues concerning the mishandling of our products (originals, prints, commissions, etc.) after delivery. We reserve the right to determine whether a quality issue should be deemed the fault of Deej Marie LLC. Any claims regarding color, quality, construction, product used, smudging, chipping, damage, and all other claims of this nature will be reviewed by us and the final decision on the claim will be made by us only - but no claims will be accepted 14 days after your product has been delivered.

Commissions - There will be a 50% deposit required once all the creative decisions have been made and agreed upon in order to begin working on your piece. This is a non-refundable deposit. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the production of your custom piece. This allows enough time to retrieve materials, source, sketch, paint, and package for delivery. The remaining balance will be due upon completion prior to shipment.

Though I will be as thorough as possible in making sure I have a proper grasp on my interpretation of your ideas - please note that portions of your custom piece will be left to my interpretation and creative choices. This is a collaborative effort and I would like it to feel as such. Thus, I always make an effort to keep an open line of communication even after the process has begun - providing pictures via email as your piece progresses. Ultimately I will be using my voice to create. Thank you for your understanding. Hope to hear from you soon, I truly look forward to hearing your ideas!

Color - Please be aware that we go to great lengths to ensure that all products are accurately reflected across our website and social media accounts. This includes both the quality of the product and the colors used to create said product. Though these precautions are taken, please note that details and colors may differ slightly from the original product to the digital work displayed. 

Purchasing - Once payment has been received and your order has been prepared, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any orders canceled within our 24 hour cancellation period. (This cancellation fee is 5% of the total product cost.) 

Deej Marie LLC has a strict no refund policy on all products. Once your item has been delivered, it is yours, unless a quality claim has been filed within the 14 day claim policy.

Shipping - All orders, originals and prints, are carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival! Please allow up to 2 weeks to prepare your original artwork. Once your artwork has been prepared for shipping, allow an additional 5-10 days for domestic delivery. Please contact us for all international shipping.

Privacy Policy - Deej Marie LLC takes the privacy of our clients very seriously. We promise to never sell or make public any of our clients personal information. Please note that we do collect your data from a variety of ways:

• When you become a subscriber of our emails
• When you place an order
• When you enter data on our social media pages, such as promotions and giveaways.
